On February 17, 2025, the reception ceremony for new students of the Tahfiz Foundation Certificate Program (SAT) was held at the Darul Quran Auditorium. Five students enrolled in the program, including one from the OKU category (visually impaired) and four from the Sabah Indigenous category. Abdul Majid bin Mohd Yusoff, from Al Fitrah Foundation, an alumnus of the Tahfiz al-Quran Certificate Program, gave an encouraging speech. The event was officiated by Mr. Azizuddin bin Mohd Hashim, the Registrar of Darul Quran. The SAT program, rebranded from the OKUMP program, started in 2008 for visually impaired students and expanded in 2017 to include various special groups. The program spans 12 months and focuses on memorizing the Qur'an (chapters 1-10) along with other subjects.
