A recent outing of the team with Puan Sri Norma Hashim, Founder and Trustee of Al Fitrah Foundation, to the Petronas Twin Towers was a dream come true for our VIPs (visually impaired people).
Fun Walk
We began with a morning walk around the park at 7:45am. As it was before 8:00am on a working day, the park was less packed.
This was the first time the whole team exercised together, and it was fun and refreshing. Our VIPs learned some facts about the park and planned to take their families there too.
Up the Twin Towers
Then it was the tour up to the Skybridge (41st floor) and the observation deck (86th floor) of the Petronas Twin Towers.
“It was simply magical! Our colleagues described the views of the city, the park at a distance and the size of things from that height.
We were amazed to hear about the brave brothers cleaning the glass panels of the twin towers using harnesses.
On the 86th floor, the feeling was clearly different! In the elevator, we felt the pressure in our ears.
Thank you, Puan Dzalina Abdul Manan, Director of Galeri PETRONAS for making our day! You made us feel included and we had a wonderful time!" Majid, Amer, Mike and Akmal, commented in unison.
